Heute wollte ich dir mitteilen, wie faszinierend
Ein paar Nächte zuvor der Vollmond glühte, so Rot,
Dass die Nacht in Ehrfurcht erstarr,

ein Wunder geschehen konnte, dass die heutige Nacht selbst ein Wunder war,

Schwarz ist die Tusche
Schwarz ist das andere Wort für ich
Schwarz ist meine Natur
Schwarz bin ich.

They say, that the only chance is
To become average and democratic
There must be something wrong if you're artistic

The world is given
Given like a live is born
The head was never grey
And why should one change ones colour?

The most frightening thing is
That the job they do
In those big ambitious buildings
Leaves no product at all

Because these are imaginable things
Get threw life, they say, save more money
As long as the system needs you
And that's what you do

And your parents do and your children
Because you want to have it, not to create
And as long they call you a strong person
You
